A large basalt Stela of Seti I dated to his Regnal Year 1 was discovered in secondary context at Tel Beth Shean.
The stela is commonly referred to as the Larger Beth Shean Stela and the First Beth Shean Stela of Seti I (with the customary variants in spelling).
